Can I customize the balloon decor to match my event theme?
Yes, balloon decor can be customized to match your event’s theme and color scheme.
Balloons are available in a wide variety of colors, shapes and sizes.
How long does balloon decor last?
Depending on the environment, if indoors balloons can last up to several days or even weeks. Balloon decor outdoors will last half a day and will oxidize, some may pop- especially if exposed to direct sunlight. We recommend balloon setup be under a shaded area and away from sharp objects.
What is your cancellation policy?
If the client cancels or postpones the decor for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.
However, a credit will be issued which can be applied to any future event for up to one year.
How do I request a quote?
Complete our service detail order form in our CONTACT section. Once received, we will gather all of the details and send you an official quote with steps to secure your event. This may take 1-2 business days.
How far in advance should I book balloon decor for my event?
It’s recommended to book your event 2-3 weeks in advance or as early as possible to secure availability and allow ample time for planning and preparation.
However, we can accommodate last-minute requests depending on our schedule and the complexity of the design. In addition to advanced booking, a 30% deposit is required and will be applied to the balance.
How do I pay for my decor?
An invoice via email will allow you to pay using a credit/debit card or cash App pay. PayPal invoice via email upon request. A 30% deposit will be required to reserve the date.
Any remaining balance must be paid within 5 days of the event. No personal checks.
Deposit is Non-refundable.
